Tips for helping us to help you better with your SM
When filling out the questionaire
Be honest, answer all questions as truthfully and completely as possible to your knowledge.
Go into as much detail as you possibly can.
When talking to us on the phone
all the above..
Have a pencil and paper handy to take notes.
Let us know whether or not you can use your computer at the same time as when speaking with us
Let us know what kind of relationship you have with your vet. or if you need one..
Understand that this will take time, allow us the chance to speak. sometimes
people are very excited and scared and ramble on and on. If given the chance
to speak, we can help to alleviate a lot of your fears.
If you are confused scared, upset or frustrated please let us know.
Please remember we are there to help you, not to judge you, we may offer
suggestions for changes. Please do not get defensive about it.
After the vet visit
Come back and fill out the questionaire provided, this will help others that experience the same problems.
